As a Certified General Appraiser serving Kansas and Oklahoma, I bring a genuine love for rural communities and a practical, down-to-earth approach to every assignment. Growing up on my family’s farm in the Flint Hills shaped who I am, and it’s a big part of why I care so deeply about valuing the land and properties that matter to people here.
I began my appraisal career in 2020 after earning my Agricultural Business degree from Kansas State University, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working on all types of rural properties—cropland, pasture, recreational tracts, barndominiums, acreages, ag facilities, and even small-town commercial buildings that keep rural economies running.
What I enjoy most is helping clients feel confident in their decisions. Rural properties are unique, and I take the time to explain the “why” behind the value in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. Whether the assignment is straightforward or a bit unconventional, I welcome the challenge and approach every project with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for the people I serve.
